Start with a conversation

Your first step is a complimentary consultation. We’ll talk about what you want from training, your exercise experience, and any concerns or limitations you want me to understand. You’ll see the studio, ask questions, and find out whether B’s Gym feels like the right fit.

Then build your plan

If we decide to work together, I’ll select exercises, introduce the equipment, and establish a starting point. You don’t need to know what to do before you arrive. I’ll guide you through each session and adjust the plan as we learn what works for you.

What happens in a session?

You train one-to-one with me for approximately 30 minutes. I set up the equipment, guide your positioning and technique, and coach you through focused, controlled strength exercises. The work is challenging, with the level of effort and exercise selection matched to your experience and ability. Tell me how an exercise feels so we can adjust it when needed.

A routine you can keep

Twice weekly is my usual recommendation. It gives us regular opportunities to practise, build consistency, and progress. Once weekly can also be a practical starting point or a routine that fits your schedule. We’ll discuss the option that makes sense for your goals and the time you can consistently commit.

Know how you’re progressing

I record your training so we can follow your progress over time. As your technique and performance develop, we’ll adjust resistance and other parts of the plan. Your feedback matters too: how you’re recovering, what feels better, and what you want to work towards next.

The aim is a clear, sustainable routine that helps you become stronger and more capable for the life you want to keep living.
